1. Where Do I Check In?
We have 4 different offices for check in depending on where your accommodations are. The office for check in is on your Elliott confirmation at the bottom highlighted. The office where you check in is also the office where you drop off keys when you depart. Keys MUST be returned to avoid a charge for lost key. Can be dropped in drop box at front door before opening.
2. What About After Hour Check In?
We close all offices at 5:30 PM. As long as you are paid in full your keys, golf vouchers and parking passes (if applicable) will be in the lockbox by the front door. The code to the lockbox is included on the separate paper in your confirmation packet.
3. Confirmation States Check In Begins At 3PM, What If I Get Into Town Earlier?
Since golf season is off season as far as accommodations are concerned, chances are your unit will be ready when you arrive as long as no one is checking out the same day. You can call us a few days prior to arrival and we will be able to let you know when you can check in.
4. What If I Am Playing Golf Prior To Check In And Do Not Have A Golf Voucher For The Course?
The golf courses are very aware that a lot of package play is done prior to check in. The tee sheet I book your rounds on is the exact tee sheet at the course. They will be able to see who booked you and if they need any information from us they will call us.
5. My Tee Time Confirmation Shows Only One Tee Time Although I Have More Than 4 Players?
We only put the first tee time on the sheet. If more than 4 players we have to book additional tee times. There are 8 to 10 minutes between tee times. If you receive an email from T-Links with your times all times will show unless the course is not on the online tee time system, then we have to cal the course and add manually so only the first time will show.
6. Are Linens Included In Our Rental?
All golf packages include all your sheets and towels along with departure maid service free.(some units may require a small departure cleaning fee per homeowner but will be reflected and included in price) We do not make the beds, just deliver the linens. We do not provide daily maid service.
7. What Is The Deposit Required And When Is The Balance Due? How Can These Be Paid?
A deposit of $100 per golfer is due within a week of booking or ½ of the rental amount, whichever is larger. Balance is due in full 30 days prior to arrival. Deposit and balances can be paid through our golf website using the credit card payment form.
8. How Will I Know If The Courses Are Aerating Or Overseeding?
A lot of the courses will put this information on their tee sheet and we will let you know if they do so. But there are still courses that do not supply this information unless you call. We are unable to keep up with over 100 courses aeration schedule so we suggest that if this is a concern for you that you call the courses you are playing after they are booked. We can always change your courses if need be.
9. Are There Any Major Golf Tournaments Played In Myrtle Beach?
Yes, there are. Some of the bigger ones are: Veterans Golf Classic in May, Monday After the Masters presented by Hootie and the Blowfish for charity, Martins PGA Suoerstore National Father & Son Classic and one of the biggest amateur handicap tournaments where everyone can enter end of August – PGA Tour Superstore World Amateur Handicap Championship.
10. What About Public Transportation?
Sorry, public transportation is somewhat limited here, but all major car rental agencies are represented here.
11. Are There Flights To Myrtle Beach?
Yes, there certainly is. We have 8 major airline carriers serving Myrtle Beach Airport. With our accommodations being in North Myrtle Beach you can also fly into Wilmington, NC.
